The participating institutions cover a range of sectors: NGOs, SMEs, adult training centers.

There will be 5 partner meetings in which different topic areas will be discussed so that best practice can be shared and new skills, techniques and methods can be learnt and transferred. These skills will be training methods, practical skills, acquaintance with already operating businesses and other activities which would develop entrepreneurial spirit of future disadvantaged entrepreneurs, etc. It is the transfer of these practical skills that trainers could integrate into future activities with their learners promoting their self-employment.

The preliminary themes of the main presentations in partners’ meetings:

1. Dr. Jukka Kallio (during the meeting in Finland) – Small Business Development;

2. Hansina B. Einarsdóttir (during the meeting in Iceland) – Innovative Thinking in Entrepreneurship;

3. Kim Lauritsen (during the meeting in Denmark) – Forgotten Potential of Senior Citizens;

4. Alles Heleri (during the meeting in Estonia) - Adventure Tourism and other Youth Initiatives.

The direct beneficiaries will be the adult educators, trainers, counsellors who work in the partner institutions. They will take part in each meeting by preparing specific content to share from their own organisation and learning from their colleagues within each topic area. The indirect beneficiaries of this partnership are the individuals that come into contact with them. They will be introduced to new methods and approaches related to entrepreneurship that will possibly help them to think of self-employment.
